The team makes a line behind O1, O1 passes to O2, D2swims to cover O1.

O2 passes to O1, while D2 is blocking

Once O1s in a good position shoots, then O2 becomes D2 and O1 becomes O2, D2 is off to make line, the exercise is over once the whole team has been in all the positions, shooting, passing and defending.

The goalie stays in place always.
